Isaac started investing in real estate in 2005. After a successful 15-year career in outside sales, he turned his experience in real estate and his passion for remodeling and construction management into a career. Isaac has worked as a contractor and maintenance manager of 100+ multi-family units for the past three years.

As Director of Facilities Management for CRG, Isaac oversees all maintenance and construction operations for properties under management to ensure quality, reliability and consistency in service and performance.

Isaac is a licensed Kentucky Home Inspector and proud US Army Combat Veteran. In his spare time, he enjoys riding dirt bikes, traveling and hiking. He resides in Walton with his wife Tina and their 2 children.

Eric Fegan is an active Commercial Real Estate Broker, Appraiser, and Investor. Eric has completed hundreds of transactions as a real estate investor and agent and has constantly worked to expand his experience and knowledge of different types of properties and investment opportunities.

Eric graduated with a degree in Finance from Northern Kentucky University in 2005 and with an MBA from Northern Kentucky University with a specialization in Entrepreneurship in 2007.

Eric completed the prestigious MAI designation in 2015, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2016 and the CPM (Certified Property Management) designation in 2019. 

Eric lives in Edgewood, KY with his wife and two children and enjoys UK sports and barbecuing.

Danielle is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Director of Business Operations for the Copperwood Realty Group. She began her career in the Commercial Insurance Industry obtaining some of the highest industry designations including the CPCU, ARM and AIC designations. She then decided to expand her career into the appraisal industry. Danielle has been appraising for over eight years while also being an active Commercial Real Estate investor.

She graduated with a Marketing degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2005 and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University in 2008. She continues to develop and stay up to date with current industry trends through industry specific education classes and seminars.

Danielle enjoys traveling domestically and internationally as well as spending time with her family and gourmet cooking.

Brad is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a BA in Finance and Business Administration. He is an active real estate investor and agent with a variety of experience in residential and commercial real estate investments and property management.  Brad has personally managed a portfolio of single family dwellings and large multi-family developments as well as commercial office developments. He specializes in helping clients find and manage the right residential investment properties for their real estate portfolios. 

Brad lives in Fort Mitchell and enjoys spending time with his three kids, mountain biking and snowboarding.

Brian is an active real estate investor and agent specializing in Commercial Real Estate in the Northern Kentucky Region. He also holds a Certified Appraiser license. Brian has a variety of experience acquiring commercial/residential investment properties, participating in expert witness testimony, contract negotiations and property management. Brian offers both extensive education and experience to his client's real estate transactions to make the sale or purchase of your real estate investment seamless.

Brian is a 2004 graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Finance.  

Brian lives in Union, KY with his wife and four kids and enjoys boating, family and sporting events.

Janice began her career in the Real Estate industry in 2011 as an office administrator supporting multiple real estate agents in their development and pursuit of real estate clients. Through this position, Janice gained valuable real estate and property management experience as well as developed a passion for the real estate industry. She has continued to excel in the property management aspect of the industry while managing a large portfolio of both residential and commercial investment properties. Janice is client focused and bottom line driven to provide the best experience possible for our clients.  

In her off time, Janice enjoys volunteering, traveling and spending time with her husband Larry.

Rick started his career in the construction industry over 40 years ago. During his career, he found a passion for construction, maintenance and the real estate industry. In 2014, he joined his son Eric in purchasing a large apartment complex in Maysville, KY. Rick spent more than five years owning and operating the apartment complex as an onsite property manager while also managing a large portfolio of residential investment properties. He gained valuable hands-on experience in property management as well as being able to put to his vast construction and building maintenance skills to use.

In the maintenance position for CRG, Rick works in conjunction with the Director of Facilities Management to assist in maintenance and construction projects for the properties under management.

Rick is an active Commercial Real Estate Investor and enjoys spending time with his wife, Bette, and his six grandchildren.

Susan joined Copperwood in early 2020 as our Office Manager after working closely with medical and business executives in the healthcare industry for 40 years.  She brings experience in bookkeeping, billing, contract negotiation, scheduling, problem solving, and marketing.  Susan works with both our clients and agents in executing marketing plans for the properties we manage in order to attract and retain quality tenants. She is also in charge of the office and meeting the internal needs of our staff in the development of business.

Susan is a graduate of NKU. She and her husband Ed live in Edgewood. She enjoys reading, travel, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
